Christmas goal.
 
I weigh 153 I would love:heart: to weigh at least 149 by christmas. I think thats doable.

Do you have a christmas goal?

My goal is to keep on maintaing, and learn not to panic when the scale bounces up after Christmas day/boxing day eating!

I would love to get out of the 220's by the end of December. I weighed 227.6 this morning, so that would mean a loss of at least 7.6 pounds in a month. Doable as long as I maintain control, especially through Christmas, I think!

I'm going to pull out all stops! (even though I'll be travelling a bit!)

Today 254.8 - Christmas 245!!! That's 9.8lbs (but I've lost 10 in the last week!). I can do this!

Trying hard for 112. As an extremely slow loser (until JUDDD apparently ;)), this would put me over the moon for Christmas.

I would like to stop losing weight, and just maintain! :doh::laugh: I want Santa to bring me the "magic calorie numbers" to make this happen! :clap:

I'm working on it, but it would be some much easier to see a slip of paper in my stocking saying: These are your maintenance calories, Merry Christmas!! ;):up:

My goal is to be into ONEderland but since I am so close to that I am going to push it to 195 which would be 9 lbs. I have lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks but seem to have more of a handle on this JUDDD thing. So it should be pretty do-able.

I would love to be 140, but that's 7 pounds...seems like a lot...I would be happy to lose 5 pounds and be 142...:up:
I am so thrilled with the weight loss so far, heck...I'll take anything!! :)

I would LOVE to be around 142--but, that's 8 lbs.:eek: AND we will be in Disney World for Christmas to be with my daughter, who is doing the college program down there.:jumpjoy::jumpjoy::jumpjoy:

We're leaving the 20th, so that doesn't leave me much time to get down to that weight, and while in Disney--my DH makes all these reservations at all these AMAZING restaurants. So, I'm already freaking out:faint: that whatever weight I can get down to, I'll gain it all back at Disney????:cry:

I'm :aprayer: that I can maintain during that time.

Since I'm already in maintenance, my Christmas goal may sound a bit strange. But I want to get my skin looking and feeling nice again the way it was when I ate a lot of quality fats on LC.

Don't get me wrong, now that I'm well into my 2nd month of JUDDD, I experience almost NO breakouts like I did on LC. Seems the anti-inflammatory benefits of JUDDD have been really nice to me in that way.

But for the last couple weeks, my skin hasn't had all the good fats from my diet, and it's been feeling kind of tight and dry. Not only on my face but my hands, and that's after using moisturizer and oil to seal in moisture. I know my skin felt very comfortable all the time when I was eating plenty of good fats on LC. Not that it wasn't still breaking out, but at least it didn't have that tightness to it, and looked more filled out (couldn't see fine lines).

I plan to cut back on polyunsaturated fats once again (as found in a lot of processed foods) and do more home-made stuff, and also add back evoo, more butter, coconut oil, animal fats, etc.

Setting a weight-by-date goal never works for me... but I would love to be out of the 140's by the end of the year. I'm still up two pounds from my low weight a couple weeks ago. Booo. Good luck making your goals everyone.

I ws chunky last Christmas...baby weight. This Christmas I would love to be at a new low since having kids 4yrs ago. That is 120's. I want to wear something hot and sexy on new years:) lol we don't go anywhere but I want that option:)

i really don't know how this is working for me yet....i've seem some loss but don't know if that was just all the water weight from the holidays....day 6....still icky headache that won't quit...but i just want to be where i was before italy/france trip a month ago at 175

My goal is anything under 170 by the 24th. That's the day of our family Christmas party, which will be an UD for me. I am planning on having whatever suits me (a taste, at least), and would love to start that day on a new low.:up:

Also, Christmas day is looking like it may need to be a MD, due to other family happenings, but we'll see. Still, being under 170 would be a nice Christmas present to myself. :cool:

I would love to be 145 tho I think 148 is a more realistic goal.
