B - Small Semi-Skimmed Cappucino - 60 cals
L - Pumpkin Spice soup - 125 cals
D - Shirataki Noodles, Choi Sum, Mushroom, Pepper and Chilli - stir fry! (low!)

I may have some celery and philly (ff) as a snack later.

I would but (cough) it was from a pre-made soup!! Covent Garden brand - don't think you get that in the states - it was very nice.

I did have some celery and FF Garlic & Herb Philly Cream Cheese for about 33 cals.

DD today....

B- coffee with 1 T. HWC and xylitol 80 cal.
L- 1 cup almond milk and 1 pkg. diet swiss miss 60 cal.
D- Joseph's pita stuffed with cabbage, chicken and laughing cow cheese wedge 263 cal.

Total 403 cal.

Tonight's stirfry (veggies, chilli, shirataki noodles) has come in at 75.5 cals!!! Which means I'm at 295 for today - seriously considering something enjoyable and slightly sinful later!!

So I have decided to have some Soya Yoghurt and Blueberries for dessert.

Total cals 468.

Ended uP having Ravu with meat sauce with Mir noodles sp my DD ended up at 625. I'm still very happy with that. Today was not really hard but it's right before bed that I'm worried about...wish me luck:)

7 almonds andi may have sf jello with yogurt later.
I'll be at about 600 for the day.
