I use it like I do oatmeal -

2 T. oatbran,

tash of salt,
water
- micro 20 seconds, then stir, add splenda and milk. It makes a lot and is enough for me for breakfast. Sometimes I add fruit too.

The Dukan Diet recommends eating this every day.

Very healthy stuff!

Oat bran and oat fiber are very different
Oat fiber is 100% fiber and has a more "floury" texture than the bran

Now I'm embarrassed

I sure miss-read the subject line big time!

I have made an amazing muffin with 2T oat fiber, 1T protein powder, 1t baking powder, 1t psyllium, 1 big T pumpkin, 3T egg whites, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, ginger and a little water. Microwave 1.15 min. Makes a huge muffin and so good and is only about 60 calories.
