Today is DD
B- water??? unless I get hungry - then some yoghurt
L - out with family - but luckily I know the restaurant and am having their Spaghetti Oceana - for 310 cals - not bad (it's on the lighter options menu!)
D - soup and prawns

S - may have a coffee out - manageable for 65 cals!!

Loving this so far!!!

B: coffee w/almond milk. I was going to have a low-carb pita w/turkey sausage, egg and cheese but I'm not hungry. May get an over the top coffee drink with heavy cream when I pop out later
D: maybe a couple of hot dogs with the chili I'm cooking for supper
S: chili w/cheese, onions and sour cream on top

I only ate about 3/4 of my lunch - and so I have a few calories to play with - so am having a Toffee Yoghurt from WW!!

Homemade Bran/grain type muffin (need to go! :o:)), left over twice cooked pork w/brown rice for lunch and dinner will be fried chicken, left over candied sweet potatoes, and a nice big salad. Snacks for later this evening.

I'm doing a "no count" day today because I am down 1/2 pound and not wanting to lose anymore (my on going problem, it seems :doh:). Hoping today will bring me up a little bit to my 134/135 I like being at! ;)

DD for me.

B- coffee with 1 T. HWC and xylitol- 80 cal.
L- been drinking hot tea with lemonade crystal light all day- 20 cal.
D- 4 oz. chicken breast 130 cal.
2 cups shredded cabbage 40 cal.
1 laughing cow 35 cal.
S- 1 cup almond milk 35 cal. heated with,
Torani english toffee flavor and
1 t. coconut oil-melted 40 cal.


total....380 calories

L - Italian sausage with roasted tomatos and polenta
D - not sure yet, perhaps a salad

What other diet could I eat like this? Love it!

:D I hope you like it. I took a tip from the HCG gals here and started adding a tablespoon of dark cocoa powder to it as well. It really enriches the flavor when it simmers a long time:)

I'm sure we will love it, Dottie! Thanks for the cocoa tip! I actually googled low carb chili because I have some ground beef to use and it brought me right back to LCF and lots of threads about your chili. LOL! :)

I've had 2 cups of eggnog (1 cup organic, 1 cup soy. lol)
Cheeseburger
2 chocolate covered peppermint marshmallows
4 dark chocolate peanut butter cups

What can I say? I went to Trader Joe's today :blush:

I still have a ton of calories to go too!

Soya Latte after the gym, I always reward myself with one and a read of the newspaper!

About 5 ozs shrimp, a glass of red wine and 1 olive. Shiritake noodles with Arabiata Sauce and a little Philadelphia light cheese stirred through.

496 Calories :)

B: coffee w/ hwc and creamer
L: leftover turkey sammy on a blueberry breakfast thin w/ cranberry sauce and mayo, small serving Mac & cheese, 1 slice choc chip banana walnut bread
D: tortellini w/ meat sauce
Snacks: small roll w/ nutella, snack size kit kat, turkey/mayo roll-ups

Still a little shy of today's goal, so I'll have a doctored up hot chocolate to round things out.

Lunch: 2 slices 45 ea. Sara Lee bread, 1 slice deli turkey-20 cal, mustard, coffee-40 cal
Dinner-2 roasted chicken legs-150 cal, 1/2 cup rice and broccoli medley-75 cal
Snack-2 cups sugar free strawberry jello-40 cal
Chicken broth-20 cal


total of 505 cal. this has honestly been one of my best DD. I was on it before and I honestly don't know why I stopped.
