The hardest part of my dds is

my husband. no matter what, I fix him food. A nice meal. I put alot of hours in at the office, But he does not go hungry. After dinner he eats and eats and eats you get the picture.

And for the most part I can deal with it. but sometimes the food smells so good. I just want to say could you please put that up or go else where, but so far i have kept my cool.

After all its my woe not his.

Does any one else have simler issues?

:hugs: That must be tough! I'm single right now and I just have 1 son at home so I have it easier. Does he eat leftovers? You can enjoy food with him on your up days and make him eat leftovers on his down day.

The cooking doesn't bother me. We had went on a calorie count diet together and he dropped 20 pounds quick (2 weeks) and then he started just eating what ever again. And you know what gets me is he didn't gain any of the 20 pounds back.

I guess its just annoying how he just eats and eats. Maybe he will go back on plan with me soon.

:shake: Same here. I cook every day (well 99% of the time) and he eats supper then starts snacking about 30 minutes later and it goes on all evening.

I try to tell him that eating like that is so bad for his help.

But tryly I don't want to be a nag.

I'm right there with you all. He is supportive of me. He is a truck driver and usually does not get home until an hour or so before I have to go to bed. So, during the work week, it isn't all that bad. On my DDs, I cook something small for my 2 boys, and my hubby takes care of himself when he gets home. However, he was off 4 days for Thanksgiving, right along with the rest of us. Between him, the boys, and all the leftovers, I was doomed. I just didn't have the willpower to not eat the leftovers when he pulled them out and heated them up! :annoyed:

So, I am really glad that we are all back at work/school today! :jumpjoy:

same here--except mine starts eating as soon as he walks in the door from work!--even if dinner is coming out of the oven in two minutes! When he is hungry, he cannot wait--like a baby.:hyst:
He also drops weight like it's no big deal. Just stops eating carbs and loses 10 lbs. a week!:annoyed: Snacks all night until he goes to bed, but he is 6' 7", so he is kind of like a pit that can never be filled, I guess:D
