Question on low DD Calories
I can probably search for this, I know - but I would prefer to ask the question - hope that's okay!!
Did I read that keeping DD calories as low as possible (in the Weight Loss stage) is the correct thing to do?
First DD I ate 450 cals and today second DD I have eaten 310 cals (and eaten very well on it!!) It's 9.50pm - so don't think I'll be eating anything else tonight.
Should I be trying to hit 500 - or if I am satisfied at a lower number - is that okay? Wouldn't want to 'fast' but I think if I eat lower it will be better in the long run.
Just to give an idea:
B = none (not hungry)
L = 3 x portobello mushrooms, big mixed leaf salad, 1 x chicken wing
S = Coffee (skimmed Flat White)
D = Home made Tom Yum Soup, with veggies and prawns
I feel that I have had a great day of eating - really enjoyed it - and not felt deprived at all.
I know in a couple of weeks i'll be travelling for 10 days around other people's homes - so DD's are going to be a little higher then - but that's okay - I'll have one week before Christmas to get DD's low again!

Lower on down days are fine :)
