DD for me :)

B: coffee w/almond milk
D: lean turkey breast in a low-carb pita w/my homemade, sugar free cranberry sauce and a laughing cow wedge; herb ox broth w/dried veggies
S: haven't gotten that far, but maybe the same as dinner or the soup w/turkey added :)

I didn't get to eat to much yesterday.

Will be drinking H20/ black coffee/tea and Herb-Ox along with Pat's strawberry gel until about 5 pm when I will have:

turkey breast with lettuce/tomato/light mayo on pita pocket.

If I'm still hungry will have 2 c of Progresso Lite soup

Total: 404 calories

Oh, and will be sniffing peppermint oil, just in case!! :lol:

I'll be using leftover turkey to make home made vegetable turkey soup this morning. I'll bring that to share when visiting my mom today instead of eating the sloppy Joe's she's making. I'm brilliant! I shouldn't feel obligated to eat something if I really don't want to and I know my mom won't be offended.

I was feeling famished when I woke up, so I had some yogurt. Feeling rather stuffed now. We'll see how the rest of the day goes :D

DD for me and boy do I need it! So far I've had a cup of coffee w/ff 1/2 & 1/2 and haven't needed anything else.... I ate WAY too much yesterday.

I'm going to try to hold off eating til tonight's date with DH or at least eat very little before. We're going to Red Lobster :) Wanna save calories for that.

B: Oatmeal and light hot cocoa (freezing in my house this morning)
L: Flatout Roll with laughing cow and tomato and lettuce and a dab of mustard
D: 1 cup progresso french onion soup and 1/2 serving of home made turkey pot pie

makes for a 598 DD might be ok with just the soup and pass on the turkey pot pie until tomorrow, not sure?

I will have 110 calories left over to us as a snack, just not sure what yet.

My body woke up and decided it was hungry today after all, since Tom showed up last night. ugh. I had some turkey and tested a peppermint meringue (that I'm currently making) *and* had a spoonful of stuffing. Think I may have some popcorn later...maybe that will help? I don't want to overdo, though I know I will be over by a little. Sometimes, I really don't like being a girl! lol!

UD, at least I wen to the gym.

Then a little cheddar cheese, 2 soya lattes and a bacon sandwich.

This evening we went to a German Xmas Market where I had 4 glasses of Gluhwein, shared a plate of fries 3 ways, ate a Bavarian bratwurst, half of a Bavarian pretzel, a mini stollen and some potato pancake.

Miraculously this seems to have been a little less than my 1650 calorie limit. How, I don't understand. But I am grateful.

I am really looking forward to my DD tomorrow. Whew!

Okay this is how I ended up at the end of the day....

B - Coffee with creamer
L - Atkins Shake
D- 3 ounces turkey
S- hot cocoa (80 cals) with Peppermint schnapps (80 cals) DS had CIF football playoffs tonight, we were sitting in the bleachers at 30 degrees, hey but we won!!!:clap:

477 for today, it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be :up:
