I couldn't. With nothing in me, the vitamins would make me sick.

But I don't see why you couldn't actually do it. I just couldn't.

On a total fast I wouldn't/couldn't. They upset my stomach. On DD I drink a DanActive Immunity Drink. It has 35 calories and enough substance to get me through.

I can't take my multivitamin on DDs either, because of the nausea. I guess I could take it when I eat my dinner since that's the bulk of my food on DDs, but I just take them every other day now. My other vitamins/supplements don't cause nausea without food so I still take them.

I use a mega complete powdered multi that I blend with any liquid but usually almond milk. No nausea and I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to pills. I love this stuff.

No, in fact it is so common, they make gummy vitamins for adults now!

Vitamins make me nauseous too on an empty stomach. I never totally fast so I take them on DDs with some sort of food. I heard it's the iron that causes the nausea.
