Well I think I'm done for the night. Clocked in at 338 calories for my dd. I skipped lunch except for a pita (lc) toasted into chips with some salsa.

Breakfast... FF hot dog, 1 slice low carb bread, mustard, SF relish, hot pepper rings

Lunch....1 serving (8) mini toast things w/LCow french onion cheese wedge

Dinner...DD Chicken Sausage Tuscano soup (post #55 on the DD recipe thread), roasted Kohlrabi w/onions and garlic.

Snacks....Clementine, 6 grapes and 1 serving Lite Lays potato chips, FF 1/2 & 1/2 throughout the day for coffee and tea.

Total Calories.....704

348 for this DD. I am just sipping zero cal soda and water for the rest of the night.
