Eat all this food!

Today was an UD. I ate well, ate mostly "good" food, did not deprive myself, and still have 527 calories to meet my UD calories. I know I don't have to eat *all* of my UD calories, but that it's better for me tomorrow to give my body the fuel it will need (tomorrow) today. I just can't stuff another morsel in my mouth! Any thoughts? My DD calories are 468 and I sometimes have trouble meeting that as well (although I come closer!)

How about some tea with a little coconut oil, 2 tbs of peanut butter, or something else that is high in calories but not a lot of food. Even getting just 200 mores calories in tonight will help to make tomorrow's DD that much better. ;)

Maybe some pb will do the trick. I'm just so stuffed! I even had three Lindt dark chocolate peppermint truffles to get my calories up! lol!

What a problem, huh, having to eat MORE!! :eek::hyst: You got the idea, now go enjoy a small something with LOTS of calories! ;):up::clap:
