This is part of another post by our JUDDD BUDDD Hazelsmrf and I thought it should be added to this thread. Most times those that stick to JUDDD after giving it at least 2 weeks find this WOE starts to work amazingly well!

Yay for great advice!

How often do you all recalculate your DD and UD cal levels? Just when you see the loss slow down?

I can't answer this because I have never recalculated. I did add to my DD calories because I couldn't stop losing, but that doesn't answer your question, does it? I'm sorry I can't help but hope someone comes along that can very soon. Maybe Leo or Pat?

Priori, I recalculate every time I hit a new low, so that the numbers change gradually. I like it that way; I think it's fun to keep track of changing numbers!

I never really had to do this either because by the time I came to JUDDD, I only had 5# to go. I used the 5# less numbers though. I think if I had come to JUDDD with more to lose, I would have eased down those numbers a bit at a time. It makes it easier on you, gives your body time to adjust, and would feel less like starvation, lol. I probably would have gone down 5# worth of numbers each time I hit a new lower 5#, if you see what I mean, but it's up to you. Good luck.
