I think I'm getting the hang of DDs
 
Long before many of you wonderful peeps were born, my tummy and I made a deal: I would not put certain foods and liquids into it, and it would not try to climb up my throat and escape via my mouth.

This means protein shakes are not for me. And, since life got busy, I did not have time to weigh/measure/prep dinner. So I grabbed one of DH's frozen low-cal meals. Which turned out to contain two veggies I don't do.

NP. I just picked them out. And put them into a measuring cup. And figured how many calories I saved.

Good for you! Down Days really do get easier and food becomes more of a "non issue" on those days.

Glad to hear this :)

It took me a month or maybe a bit longer to get to where DD became "easier" for me, as in the hunger wasn't much of an issue.

My first couple were easier than my last few have been. Today is a DD, and I have been starving. I have fought the hunger off, though! It is bedtime and I have only had 430 calories today!!
