I think I'm getting the hang of DDs
Long before many of you wonderful peeps were born, my tummy and I made a deal: I would not put certain foods and liquids into it, and it would not try to climb up my throat and escape via my mouth.
This means protein shakes are not for me. And, since life got busy, I did not have time to weigh/measure/prep dinner. So I grabbed one of DH's frozen low-cal meals. Which turned out to contain two veggies I don't do.
NP. I just picked them out. And put them into a measuring cup. And figured how many calories I saved.
