I'm keeping my carbs around 75-100g on my UD's and on my DD's they are 20-30g. I just find I have less hunger when I eat lower carb, I also think it is a healthier way for me to eat. The carbs I eat are mostly veggies, haf a potato or a little rice. I do eat fruit, but I'm not a fan of winter fruit.

So far its working well, I'm down 4.5lbs in 1 1/2 weeks.
