There's no specific calculation for it, it just somewhere in the MIDDLE of your UD and DD..... Like for me (500/2100) it'd I'd aim for 1000-1300....

For me between 500 and 1,650, so around 1,000.

I go for the average of the 2 numbers. With 600/1600 it gives me 1100.

Not that I'm any good at doing MDs!

I have 1800/600..so 1200....usually end up about 1000...I like neat figures..lol!

As Pat suggested, it's the average of both your UD and DD. In my case; 1,800/800 added together would be 2,600 divided by 2, so my MD would be 1,300 calories. Some do less, some do more but the middle average is a good place to start.

hey meek are you doing juddd. I'm doing WW/Juddd its working my frist week I lost 6 pounds.

Today was md I did 725c. I may go up to 1000c if needed.
