It's funny...

When I was LCing...all I wanted to eat was bread. Not even carbs, really, but bread. in any form. Bread, danish, biscuit. You get the idea.

When I trying to just "eat better" and limit my grain intake, all I wanted was bread.

Now that I can eat it on an UD if I want, I have no interest!!! I made potato soup and cheesy biscuits last night for the family. Set aside my soup and a biscuit for today. Totally don't want the biscuit. Weird. lol!

Yup, when the mystery of the "I cant's" go away, you will be surprised how some former beloved items are unappealing.. I was a BIG bread craver too and now,..no biggie..

I'm still loving my bread products but what's funny is the chips/pretzels that I was so that I couldn't have.

Got a bag of Lays Potato chips , my favorite, in the cabinet and they are getting close to their expiration date! Just aren't on the top of my list for the things I want to eat.

Yup, can't have.....I want. Can have.......don't really care!

Yes I find this interesting because last night we had burgers and I still didn't eat the bun. I just... didn't want it. But I ate plenty of other carbs during the day. I guess the freedom to have it or not makes all the difference for us.
