Breakfast was oj, coffee, yogurt and strawberries. Lunch will be fast food ( going with dh today ) Dinner - homemade beans soup Snack - banana and apple, 1/2 of each (dh gets the other half) Have a great day all! |

I imput my food and even without knowing what I'm having for dinner, my calories are still low, so I switched the soup to a snack, added poke for lunch, and added a serving of pudding as a snack and I'm still really low on calories. I hope I have a good dinner! lol!

It's my first ever down day (and yes, I need to get on track to make Thanksgiving an UD
). As someone who always had problems staying within the calories pre low carb, I'm fascinated to see how this goes over for me. About to eat lunch now but the day is planned out and so far so good. Aiming for 600 and this is 590. B: one slice bacon, one egg, two egg whites, 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach L: big mac bowl: 3 cups iceberg lettuce, 2 oz Laura's Lean beef, one slice american cheese, pickles, and "special sauce" of light mayo, Nature's Hollow sugar-free ketchup, and sugar free relish. D: chicken breast, shirataki noodles, laughing cow "sauce" + snow peas Also just made gluc pudding for the first time. |

UD for me!!
Gonna get a good majority of my calories today from nuts!! ANYWAY, I just roasted some pecans and walnuts in the oven. Used splenda and little cayenne pepper. I added some cashews and smoked almonds to the mix afterward . I tried to make a version of those spicy holiday nuts,..can't remember exactly what they are called tho ![]() Anyway, that and a nice chef salad is on my agenda.. |

Today's lunch was 3 chicken tamales...
unfortunately when I looked up their caloric value my mouth dropped EKKKK!!! each one had 236 calories for a total of 708 (if I had only known before hand, I wouldn't have had that 3rd one) |

DD. Had my usual coffee with almond milk, water, mac n' cheese with miracle noodles, and a bowl of veggies with chicken broth. So, maybe 150 so far and (at 4PM) still have 350 to go if I need it. We'll see.

DD for me... coffee, coffee, coffee so far. Coffee is my best friend. :P I usually don't eat on my down days until before I go to bed as I can't sleep when I'm hungry and 300 calories is a pretty measly amount to spread out accross the day, haha!

It was an up day for me and I landed at 1903 calories. I ate some baaad things.
Coffee with half and half, plain yogurt with capella banana drops and splenda, a breakfast burrito, a piece of chocolate cake, a brownie, and 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza ![]() I'm actually looking forward to a healthier DD tomorrow when I'll probably eat chicken vegetable soup all day. |

LOL! That's funny Julie - Thursday was a wonderful UD for me with lots of good stuff, but I gotta say at the end of the day I was LOOKING FORWARD to Friday when I wouldn't have to eat so much!

It's been a weird UD for me. I keep thinking I'm on a DD for some reason! I still haven't reached 1000 calories yet, so if I don't, I'm going to make this a MD because I need tomorrow to be an UD - really a FD with Tgiving eating going on!!
