Thank you
The soup and pudding recipes are both on here. The pudding is very easy...SF pudding mix and 2 cups Almond Breeze milk. 4 1/2 cup servings. 45 cal each. You can find the soup recipe with the caloric info (thanks again, Linda!), here. The caprese salad is something new and it's a bit higher in calories (195), but it's a big salad with a lot of protein and will keep me full. 2.5 c romaine, 1 oz fresh mozzarella, 1/2 c diced tomatoes with basil (DH found it at the store), 4 oz sashimi grade tuna, drizzle basalmic.

UD here.
Soya latte and an Atkins Decadence Bar (really love them, lol) at the gym, after my Zumba class. ![]() 2 GG crackers with tomato and basil Philly, and a cup of tea. Tonight we are having venison steak with sweet poatatoes, stuffed mushroom and I think peas. Still seems wicked after years of LC. Must go and work our the calories now. By my best calculations, looks like my lunch was about 927 calories (!), which even with breakfast leaves me just under 500 cals for dinner within my 2100 limit (trying to keep it closer to 2000, cuz that just seems a little high even though I averaged 3 different sources...)
D - Salmon and a piece of rye bread with butter S - Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich Looks like a total of 1997 for the day! *whew* ![]() |

I left myself a little over 100 calories for today, so I am baking a low-carb pita and going to have those chips with some salsa

I didn't have the best day, but it wasn't horrible. Definitely went over my DD allotment, but it wasn't by a gross amount, so I guess that's something! Why oh why does bacon have to be so tasty! lol!

Ouch, I am almost 1000 calories over for the day. Starting the day with breakfast just seems to be a recipe for disaster for me.
Tomorrow is a new day! |
