My DD menu changed from this morning. B: Coffee with half and half, 2 bouillon cubes, calcium chew L: A can of Progresso Light soup D: 97% fat free hot dog on a piece of low cal toast with mustard I'm only at 358 calories. I can't decide whether to call it a night and anticipate my morning weigh in, or have a snack! I could use those calories tomorrow . . . ![]() Added a sugar free pudding. Yum. 418 cals for the day. It really was delicious! Recipe here: Tyler Florence scalloped potatoes. When I had the first bite I thought I was in trouble but strangely enough, one serving really was enough. Woo-hoo! |

Finishing the day with 1/2 cup Imagine No Chicken broth and a total 595 calories.
Lol, the name of this broth makes me hear John Lennon... "Imagine there's no chickens..." ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() I think the sweet potatoes might be pushing the carb envelope bit too much for my hunger, even 1/4 cup of lunch might have been too much? Combined with 1/2 biscuit in my breakfast (probably the real culprit for waking the hunger beast). Ugg, totaled out at 2684. Basically 1000 over my UD, undoing all the good from my last DD. Woke up 3 pounds heavier too. BTW, my pantry is finally empty of those darn mini-bagels. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

DD for me. Gym, Soya Latte and a bowl of homemade veggie soup so far.
We are invited to a neighbours to share some pink champagne tonight..... not ideal, but she has been through a hard time so I will go, enjoy the drink and hope that I can have some more soup when I come home. |

Up day for me, initial JUDDD weight gain holding steady so far at +.2 pounds.
Same as before; omelettes Low carb tortillas hot sauce sour cream protein shake salad GG Scandinavian Crispbread Peanut butter Supplements Obviously not all at the same time. Re-started my abs workout DVD this morning. I didn't get all the way through it, but at least I was exercising! I am gonna be sore tomorrow... ![]() |
