I just thought I would start a new thread in reply to your answer on the other thread ,so as not to keep hijacking Carrie"s.
.4 lbs is not much of a gain so far;
though I can understand that you dont want to compromise your hard won losses,
and so are taking the cautious route.
Hopefully you will see results and can increase calories before too long- as 625 is still very low to survive on.
Let us know how it goes,
