I can't believe I ate ____ and lost weight!
Looking back over some of my ****** UD meals, here are some of the "naughty" foods I included on those days and still saw the pounds flying off!
mashed potatoes & gravy
sausage gravy & biscuits
Andy Capp's hot fries
Hot Tamales candy
hot dog on bun
ham salad sandwiches
bacon egg & cheese muffin
Oh YEA! I have done this only last week and was :eek: to see the stuff I have eaten in my weight loss journey doing JUDDD and the amount of weight that just seemed to melt off while eating it.
Chick fil a
Carino's Italian Restaurant, and others like it
corn, corn products and popcorn
all kinds of whole grain bread items
snickers bar (fun size)
all kinds of "once forbidden" fruit and veggies
and the list goes on and on!
It's simply AMAZING, isn't it! :jumpjoy::clap:

I had dinner at 5pm and have been trying to think of a good snack to have,
if I get hungry before bed.

OK, today I whooshed down from holding hormonal water weight PLUS took another pound off too! :) And this was after an UD yesterday that included:
bacon, egg & cheese muffin
frozen peach yogurt
meaty thick crust pizza
25 Hot Tamales candies
among other foods. I had a sweet tooth yesteday evening. :o
