Sandelio: DD for me, too. Mine looks like this:

coffee
water
coffee
water!!

Haven't figured out the rest though. I don't usually have a problem with DDs. I manage quite easily keeping it around 350 or so. And I keep very busy! My house will be spotless by the end of the day

UD cat here

The only thing I know for sure I'll have is my homemade pizza tonight. I already have the dough in the fridge and I'll make two kinds of pizza - buffalo chicken and a pepperoni & veggie.

Been having coffee with H&H.

Just polished off a super-delicious homemade BEC Muffin! It's so fast too, when I just microwave the bacon first and then microwave the egg in a soup mug sprayed with Pam, while the English muffins are toasting. Then assemble with the cheese slice between the egg and bacon, press together and MMM!

I used liquid eggs since that was the fastest (I'm hungry!) but used pork bacon.

Had my first meal on this DD. Made a concoction with miracle noodles. I sauteed a little chopped onion and medium zucchini and 2 mushrooms in a small amount chicken broth (30 cal). When veggies were softened I added 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (50 cal) and mixed it up. Meanwhile, I made the mac n' cheese recipe from one of these threads (40 cal). Too much food to eat in one sitting and it came to 120 calories!!

I've also started adding almond milk to my coffee which really doesn't add much to it except a sense of creaminess. So maybe 20 cal for a day's worth of coffee.

Not too shabby!!

DD here

B: coffee w/SF creamer and FF h&h
L: just gonna start sipping my vegetarian vegetable broth

That will be it for me (well, I'll have my diet soda and water) until dinner...about 6ish. Not sure what I'm having yet. Might have my leftover cream of tomato soup from yesterday (yummmm!) but that would make today all liquids. Not sure I'm excited at that prospect. I'll see what I feel like later. I still have a bunch of DD calories left to play with for the day.

I'm doing a DD.. so far just one of my little 100-calorie meals

This one was 2 oz ham with 3 oz green beans & a clove of chopped fresh garlic Really tasty.

So, so far, I'm up to 100 calories.

Going in to make a huge glass of 0-calorie strawberry lemonade beverage. (black coffee this morning)

*grabs an index card and pen to write it down!*

First UD and I can't believe everything I've eaten and I'm not done!

B-omelet with feta cheese and kalamata olives
S-1/2 cup lemon pudding (made with almond milk)
S-Tall Skinny Peppermint Mocha from Starbucks
L-two thin porkchops, 1/2 a small potato, a spoonful of creamed spinach
S-1/2 cup eggnog(!) mixed with 1 cup of FF milk and 4 cheese and "cracker" sandwiches (8 Quaker rice snacks Salt and Pepper flavor{65 cal} with a wedge of Garlic and Herb laughing cow cheese {35 cal}. Dived the cheese on four snacks, topped with the other four.) Delicious!
D-(haven't eaten yet) Cube steak with gravy and rice, salad with bleu cheese dressing.

One or more of these might help you - hot tea, decaf, broth.... sugar free gum or candy.... celery or other raw veggies....

Speaking of lovely aromas.. I have the buffalo chicken pizza out of the oven and the other one baking now. I make my own crusts from scratch from a French bread recipe. Anyway, the 2nd pizza turned into a sausage/pepperoni one when I realized my mushrooms had gone bad

I'm also trying a Buffalo Chicken Dip that was in a recipe/coupon booklet given out at Walmart. My boys looove buffalo chicken and anything to do with that

Suffer stoically. Yell at innocent children and animals. Take gluccomannon capsules. Drink coffee. I only recommend the last two.

Oooo Sophiecat! Downright decadent!!

Why is it that every food someone mentions, my first thought is "wow, that's my favorite" I'm still amazed that it is ALL possible! Maybe not today (DD), but it's ALL possible.
