Spicing things up...
Got some great ideas from you all for my DD shopping today. Some of the best pertained to spicing up DD foods, espec. since I won't be using my favorite flavors, butter and olive oil (yum) much on my DDs.
Love the idea of adding some flavorful condiments to stir fried or steamed veggies, dips for raw veggies, etc. I just bought some more Frank's wings sauce ( 0 cals per tbsp), which I love in small amounts, and plan on mixing it w/blue cheese dressing (Wishbone FF, 30 cals per 2 tbsp.) to use as a dip. And I bought a couple of condiment sauces that will be good for cooking: anybody use these? black bean sauce w/garlic (30 cals per tbsp, but I'm sure I can use it fairly sparingly); Ponzu citrus seasoned dressing and sauce (10 cals per tbsp) and Goya recaito cilantro cooking base ( 0 cals). I'm all set to start cooking up some veggies w/a little kick to them!
