JUDDD Daily Weigh In / Tracker - NOVEMBER

I'm part of the "Daily Weigher" thread on the LC side of things - and would really like to ONLY see the posts of those people on JUDDD for comparative purposes! Sharing this data can help others, AND yourself!

So, you just copy and paste the layout below and add your own each day!

Starting with today, I am also adding whether it's an DD, UD or MD and my calories for the day - nice to have it all in one place!

And obviously if you weren't on that other thread, feel free to join in starting with Week Three!

YAY! LOL! I think it will really help us pick out our screw ups (or yahoos!) to nail down the right UD and DD numbers for us!

How about adding your calorie counts for the days going forward?

And I re-worked tonights salmon dinner that I had pegged for 610 cals for my DD to come out to 495 cals instead! Decreased the noodles, decreased the salmon to 4 oz and ADDED a Skinny Cow Ice Cream sandwich!

New total for today = 495 - TA-DA!!!

I used to join the daily tracker thread every time I'd start a new WOE and be diligent until I started gaining again and then would quit. Planning on making JUDD a lifestyle so hopefully I'll be on here forever.

Ok I'll copy and paste from my spreadsheet but keep in mind I haven't been the best JUDDER but I'm working on it! I started on October 26 at 118.6. Since Nov 1, I had one mid day and then messed up and had 2 up days in a row

Week 1:

5 2813 113.4 Up (waaay up)

Week 2:

I'd like to join in too!

I started JUDD at 145.5 lbs. on October 24th after doing hcg. My first week really wasn't that impressive since I was actually up from my starting weight. Then my second week, after a trip out of town where I couldn't really keep track of food very well, I was up quite a bit. I have since adjusted my calories a bit, and I'm finally seeing the scale go in the right direction!

Week 1 of JUDD:
Mon 10/24 - 145.5 - 2298 - UD
Tue 10/25 - 145.5 - 599 - DD
Wed 10/26 - 146 - 2171 - UD
Thu 10/27 - 147 - 534 - DD
Fri 10/28 - 146 - 2024 - UD
Sat 10/29 - 145.5 - 1042 - DD, but too hungry..couldn't stick to it!
Sun 10/30 - 146.5 - 2039 - UD

Week 2 of JUDD:
Mon 10/31 - 146.5 - 552- DD
Tue 11/1 - 146 - 2112 - UD
Wed 11/2 - out of town/couldn't weigh and didn't keep track of food - UD
Thu 11/3 - out of town/couldn't weigh and didn't keep track of food - UD
Fri 11/4 - 149 yikes after 3 UD's in a row!! - 1025 - DD, but too hungry!
Sat 11/5 - 148 - 3224! Eeek..went to football party! - UD (way over)
Sun 11/6 - 150!! that's what I get for my overindulgence! - 596 - DD

I don't expect too much out of this first week, because I have added carbs back in to my diet. Previously, I was eating less than 20 a day. I am going to try this week with eating basically what I want, within reason and calorie goals. If that doesn't work, then I will starting lowering my carbs next week until I find my "sweet spot".
