11/23 227.2 DD Didn't track too well today. I am sure I went over my 500, but I think I stayed below 1000.
11/24 225.0 WHAT?!?!?! Are you kidding me?? I love JUDDD!! I'm sure my number won't be this pretty tomorrow, but I can help but ! I'm not sure of exact dates, because I never wanted to weight, but I am almost sure it has been about 7 years since I have been this low!

I'm 5'2", goal 110, my Up day calories are 1600. Look at the sticky thread in this forum that has goal calculators, and visit a few of those to get an idea of your Up Day calories. It's the amount of calories to eat where you shouldn't lose weight. If you've been dieting awhile, your metabolism might have slowed down, but this plan may help raise it up.

Hopetolose here is a link to calorie counters and calculators that will make things easier. If you use the calculators most people find that averaging out the numbers they get from the 3 of them comes to the best number. A lot of us especially when closer to goal weight put in our goal weight number instead of our current weight. If you have any questions with the numbers you get just ask for help. and

Methinks I'll be skipping my weigh-in today because I know better!

I was doing so well with my DD on Wednesday until my dd & sil came and then I lost it. So, instead of a DD, I had a very high MD.......very high!

Then, of course another UD yesterday, but it's funny because I'm not all bent out of shape over it because I know it will come off within a reasonable time.

Any other weight loss program I would have put the weight on, and kept it on until I adhered to 'that' diet for weeks!!

I'm loving JUDDD as it seems so natural for me and just puts a smile on my face to know that all that eating in the past couple of days is not the end of my weight loss journey. It's simply a bit of a detour!!

not weighing for awhile. yesterday was to be a DD. i fasted all day and just enjoyed our family meal, kept portions reasonable, but not restrictive. today, supposed to be an UD, will enjoy family Thanksgiving at our local buffet restaurant UD style. Saturday's are either an UD or MD depending on what friday was, so it will be a MD tomorrow to get back on my schedule. sunday a DD and may or may not weigh after sunday's DD. may wait till after tuesday's DD.

Haven't eaten yet but I did this plan in 2008 and lost over 30 pounds with eating a light lunch at around noon then eating a light dinner. Worked real well for me because I'm usually not very hungry in the morning.

I'm about 4 pounds up after my food fest yesterday of about 3600 calories. I know MOST of it is food and water retention and after my DDs today and Sunday I'll be OK!
