I hadn't really thought about a goal for the month. Hmmm...considering I just started JUDDD, coming off of LC and Thanksgiving, I am going to say my goal by December 1 is 227.

Melissa - it's always good to have a goal - otherwise how do you know when to jump up and down and scream "I met my goal"?!?!?!?

And I'm glad you made it conservative coming off LC. If you look for my numbers in the Daily Weigh/Tracker thread, you'll see that the first week can be stubborn showing losses when you're just coming off low carb and introducing more (or lots) carbs!

You're gonna do just fine and be a happier person overall!

so i stopped taking hcg on the tues, had a low cal day that day, made wed an UD and yesterday a DD. i will only be weighing after DDs.

11/15/11 - last day of taking hcg LDW 131.2
11/16/11 - VLCD, no hcg 131.0
11/17/11 - after UD, didn’t weigh ------
11/18/11 - after DD 129.2 (haven't seen a '2' in this number for over 16 years!!! )

UD today.

I'm already happier! I might have to adjust things as time goes by, but right now, I am enjoying how I feel, both mentally and physically.
