Idreamofweightloss - I think the simple answer is "life"!

People set their UD and DD limits, say for me it's 2000/500, and that's their "goal" for the day. But of course, that's not what always happens.

They may have an out of control DD - gotta own up to it and report it - no one's gonna scold ya!

But it's "seeing" all of it at the end of the week that will be so telling. "I didn't loose anything" - well, we can look and see, even if they did everything perfect, what their numbers were and hopefully give useful advice!

Or if they had a WONDERFUL week, they know they want to repeat the previous week, and the rest of us can see WHAT they did for such success!

Of course, each person is different....but it's always nice to have something to compare....

I think one of the hardest things is for people to realize they NEED to try to reach their UD number....otherwise it's truly just another diet that slows down your metabolism and leaves you unhappy!

LOL! Sorry Sweetie, I'm 5'9"......I need more fuel!!!

That's what the charts gave me (averaged between multiple sources because the JUDDD calculator can be too high), and that's just where I'm starting. My true DD number is 336 and UD 1900, so if you see some DD's that low for me, then I'm just trying to get down there.

But I figured I'll start with the 500/2000 and see what happens after a week. I can always adjust those numbers - by WHY would I do that if I can loose on these numbers?

Teresa--I don't have my numbers posted, because I'm a once-a-week weigher (right now, at least)
But, in my case, my DDs fluctuate because I am trying to stay UNDER 500, if I can swing it hunger-wise, because I would like to lose more than 1 lb. a week, which is what my numbers are set up for.
And as for my UDs, those fluctuate because I'm a pig and always want to eat too much.

And to anyone who looks at the above and says "why is she happy to be where she was a week ago Sunday?", it's because I feel free!!!! I can eat carbs! I can eat with family and friends no matter where we go!



If I were still on LC and ate what I've eaten in the last week and a half, I'd surely be at about 195!

Can't wait to see where I end up after a month of proper JUDDDing!!

I have no monthly goal but am looking for a final "goal" of 28" waist and fitting size sixes (in every brand!) and a lower body fat percentage. Just guessing 110 is where I want to be but don't know. UD/DD goals are 600/1600.

You can see my weight was up for the week, but some of that was likely hormonal ovulation weight. And the fact that I was on my feet for most of the week and kept my DDs higher than normal to compensate. And I seem to be a lose one week gain the next week kind of person on JUDDD.
