Alright ladies and gents, you have to.....

watch The Doctors tomorrow. They were previewing tomorrow's show and they will have Rocco DeSpirito on giving tips on how to shave calories. I think this would be great to watch!!! They showed him talking about "noodles that have 0 calories, 0 fat, o carbs". Hmmmmm wonder what they could be I will be watching tomorrow, thank goodness I am not scheduled to work tomorrow so I will be home watching.

Thanks for the heads-up Dawn. It's good to see you. How are you doing on this Round and when will you be JUDDDing?
I've been trying JUDDD instead of P3 and now at the end of three weeks and just up 1 lb. from LDW. Hope to get some more releases of the lbs. as the weeks go by.

no need to watch, I can sum it up...

"HI! I'm rocco dispirito, and these are shiritake noodles! they stink, but you can rinse them and they have no taste! NO TASTE! thank you, come and watch me on food network!"

I'd watch it just because he's cute.

also, hello! I'm usually on the HCG forums, but I'm having a look at JUDDD for once I'm done the round I'm on.

I think we all know that but he is going to give out I think 30 tips for low calorie ideas. I am not so sure that we can find something new that he will give out, but you never know............

He glossed right over the noodles, although he did say that they were a great pasta substitute. Travis tried them but no reaction or what to do with them!! Hmph!!!!!! He really gave more swaps to plug his book more than anything. Stuff like replacing chips and cheese sauce with chips and salsa (duh!!); using fat free greek yogurt instead of sour cream; choosing bar drinks that are served over ice rather than blender drinks. Like I posted earlier, I think we know about these swaps already....I just like to go over stuff like this once in a while to refresh my memory. He gave 50 of these tips/swaps and I am sure they will be on the doctors website. I did forget that he was on "The Biggest Loser" for at least an episode as he spoke with Jillian about that.

*sigh* we have to remember sometimes that those shows are geared to the "lowest common denominator", meaning people who are completely uneducated about their health and weight. Which then seems "old news" to us!

I used to LOVE Dr. Oz - but as of late, his show just doesn't thrill me....
