WOE: Maintaining on Juddd
Start Date: Made Goal on 23/10/2011 - Stats updated daily
Just clicked on another Plan....

Am on my mobile, and with the small keys, I accidentally clicked on another plan. Decided to have a look... Think it was Lean For Life.. boy did it seem complicated to me!
Strict lists and amounts of foods, different foods for different days, I really don't think I could have done it.
It made me appreciate the simplicity of juddd, decide what I feel like eating, if I have the calories..eat it!
I don't think I could ever go back to being told what, when and how much I can eat... it only made me want to eat something different anyway!
I have tasted the freedom that is juddd....and it tastes GOOD!
Go check out some other plans... it will give you new appreciation for this woe!
Hugs
Jo

I'm supportive to everyone, and I read different plan threads. It's is interesting how hard some of these other plans are.

I'm loving the freedom I have with JUDDD. Carb counting felt so restrictive to me. I know being in ketosis on VLC made me feel horrible, but also not being able to have freedom with food brought me down too. It made me fail time and time again because I would "cheat" with something like fruit or popcorn and then I was made to feel guilty.

I knew deep down that I couldn't do it for life and I needed something else. I've tried so many things over the years and I was losing hope. I kept seeing such great things about JUDDD on this board and decided to try it. I'm glad I did! I know it will work for me.

I'm grateful for everyone on the JUDDD board for being so nice and welcoming

A lot of the other plans have strict "induction" type time frames then they open up more as you go further along
I love that "the science" behind various plans is always evolving
