DD for me
B: coffee w/almond milk D: might do a toasted turkey sandwich (low carb pita, lean turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, mustard, laughing cow cheese) and veggie soup S: tilapia soup (3oz tilapia, 3T rotel, 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup sliced celery all simmered together) Snack: celery sticks or something |

Having two eggs and hashbrowns for breakfast Lunch will probably be a salad because tonight is bible study and it is mexican tonight. Going to just have a little bit of everything, but don't think I will have a problem making 2000 calories tonight. ![]() |

DD for me
B - black coffee I'm going to the store later and intend to pick up some low-cal frozen dinners and see how I do with those. Would make for easy meals on some DD, the same way the Progresso soup, Nickell's toasted low cal bread, and LC do for me. Of course, I'll finish the day with a Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe bar, or at least 1/2 of the bar depending on how my calorie count looks. |

Well, I got my huge cake-y sweet lemon-poppy seed muffin this morning. With mugs of coffee and half & half. Yummy!
![]() I'll head out in about an hour to help my sister and then get some groceries. I'm going to have a couple of fried eggs in butter and a slice of nice ham before I head out. And probably a glass of milk with it. Have a beef roast out thawing for supper tonight. At this time I'm thinking I'll add some potatoes and carrots to it in the pan for the last hour or so. Then round out the meal with a little salad, and.... for some reason, DH thinks it would be nice to have *green bean casserole*, so apparently that's going to be on the table too. Tomato juice with the meal. I've been thirsty for that the last couple of days, so bought a bottle yesterday.

Coffee, pickles, salad with 1tbsp FF dressing, pickles, soup, 1/4 of a banana. I've only got 243 cals left. It's gonna be a looooong day. |

Decided my earlier meal might not be enough protein, so just in case, I stirred in 1/2 scoop of my DS' chocolate whey protein powder into my coffe, plus 1 Mini Moo creamer.
245 calories total for the day. Put my protein for that meal at over 20 grams. |

Breakfast: small piece "healthified" apple cake (homemade) Fiber One yogurt Lunch: left over 1/2 of huge hamburger from yesterday strawberries WW string cheese Dinner: homemade chicken noodle soup whole grain bread and butter another piece of that delicious apple cake I've been hungry all day and a little worried about having to do a DD tomorrow. ![]() |

I do 1 or 2 walnuts in my oatmeal on my DD most times. It's worth the calories to have them, I
them so much!DD for me: Oatmeal with a bit of honey and 1 TBS FF half and half (no walnuts because I was at DBF's house and he has NOTHING to eat in his house that I like, like walnuts!) Fiber One 90% bar 1 slice lcal bread and 1 slice Hebrew National Low Fat Salami, 1 tsp spicy brown mustard Pasta with homemade marinara sauce, Sun-dried tomato and basil chicken sauce, salad with WF Bacon Ranch dressing Gluc muffin to take to the game, chocolate/peanut butter today. Coffee/tea with FF half and half throughout the day Total Calories 690, leaving me between 110/210 from my 800/900 DD calories if I want to bring another snack to the game. ![]()

Had to eat a little while ago - was feeling sick from needing to eat...
1/2 bag cauliflower and a little broccoli, raw Pure Protein bar Total of 24 g. protein from this meal. Up to 475 calories total. |

I hate going to sleep hungry, and the walnuts help me feel sated. I particularly like to whirl them in a blender with a sprinkle of Stevia and eat them slowly with a small spoon. It is like a tiny, decadent dessert treat just before bedtime, so I won't go raid the cupcakes or ice cream that the rest of the family keeps around the house.
Sometimes I have 2 walnuts and 2 pecans. I can do that, plus the rest of my planned meals as listed, and still stay under 400 calories for the whole day. My protein comes to 38g, carbs: 17g. W00t! Last edited by nikki; 11-13-2011 at 05:38 PM.. |

B-egg white ham and ff cheese on ww bread...w ff latte 250 cals invited to lunch at friends house for a birthday... GOOD GRIEF!! It was a 'pub' theme...I don't even want to attempt a calorie count, not a veggie in sight! I had... 2 potato skin wedges, loaded. 1 Hot wing 3 dry ribs some calamari and 5 potato chips. WOW!!! (and a diet coke) so...dinner is tons of water, 4 oz basa filelt small spinach salad and a big plate of fruit. So I think I'll call it a day. If I didn't go over my calories I sure did overload on sodium! Dessert will be about a gallon of water and a fiber supplement. BUT...I'm not sweating it. Thanx JUDDD! Nikki.

MD for me today...
B: Lg English toffee cappuccino, yogurt (305) L: a few slices of fresh deli meat, provolone, part of a sandwich roll and a little mayo (258) D: vegan cheeseburger bacon wrap (lol...VEGAN bacon burger, hee-hee-hee) made with a Boca vegan burger, a slice of cheese, lots of lettuce, 2 strips of micro-bacon, a Tbls each mayo and 1000 island dressing, on half of a lite spinach Flatout wrap (402) S: CocoPop w/ a lite laughing cow wedge, a tangerine, and a large-ish bite of a chocolate almond toffee cookie (so much for clean carbs today)...(131)My goal for the day was 1100 and I came in at 1096. Tomorrow will be a DD, though I am giving serious consideration to dropping my semi-regular use of MDs in favor of straight UD/DD. BUT, that's a discussion for another thread. I need to enter tomorrow's eats!!

Six hours or so since I ate. Finishing the day with a Lean Cuisine Steak Tips Portobello with broccoli meal for 150 calories.
My total today is 626. My last two days' average is 1,245, so I should maintain and hopefully won't see a gain in the a.m. ![]() |
