Sunday morning tradition?

After church every Sunday, my family goes to the Big Boy across the street from our church for breakfast. Anyone have suggestions as to what I can have when my DD falls on a Sunday (every other week)? Thanks in advance!

Call them and see if they can make you an egg white veggie omelette. Then hot coffee or tea.. maybe a glass of tomato juice.

I know you said that you go for breakfast, but if it's brunch time, I might get a bowl of chicken noodle or vegetable soup. I would avoid the egg noodles in the chix soup, though. Then have diet soda or ice water.

and even if they dont have egg white ones, a regular one w/o cheese wouldnt be so bad either.

When I go to a place that wouldn't be calorie friendly I get the least of all evils and just eat half. Actually ask for a take-out container with the meal and put half in right away so I'm not tempted to eat more than that half.

HTH:hugs:

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone!! I had an egg white veggie omelet, per Pat's idea, and it was great! I always drink water or ice tea--so no added calories there!
