That does seem like better numbers and I would suggest you try the 500 for a couple of DDs and if you can't do them, then up those calories to 600 if it's not working well for you. JUDDD is very forgiving and your calorie gap for UDs and DDs will still be large even at the 600 DD calories you may do for the plan to work. It's the gap between DDs and UDs calories that is needed to let JUDDD work it's "magic" for weight loss and helping to get our metabolisms back in rear!
