I Stopped
 
Well friends after 2 weeks I lost a total of zero lbs. I really can't follow this WOE. It is good for some but honestly it was to hard. It was effecting my work on DD and on UD I was so stressed on what to eat.

Monday I started back on ww. I am suppose to eat 42 a day but changed it to 39 as that is my goal weight target.

I am 201 after starting at 207 on Monday. I feel like I have steady energy level my stomach is good and I am really trying to follow it.

I feel bad and there is know ww section here so who do I talk to now???

Sorry guys I just couldn't do it

Good luck - it's about losing weight and getting healthier. Doesn't really matter how you get there!

I think there's someone here that JUDDDs with WW too - has up point days and then down point days. Lots of ways to tailor your plans - or go straight WW if that gives you your high energy levels!

Hon, honestly if this isn't for you, it isn't for you. Don't feel one bit bad about it. This is not an easy plan, it's sometimes hard to zero in on the right calorie numbers right at the beginning to make it work, it is a plan that features fasting as well as the pleasure of those magnificent Up Days, and not everyone can adapt to fasting.

LCF is such a huge community of wonderful people, and so many different eating plans, you will find a group to identify with and share support and encouragement with, absolutely.

There is a good WW group on LCF, so I know they will welcome you with open arms.
