I know, it feels (and tastes!) amazing to have so many of these old foods again for the first time on JUDDD! After wondering if I'd ever be able to have them again, or at least not without feeling guilty.

I'm with you!! Can't seem to get to my ceiling either...but I'm going for it today cuz I'm HUNGRY!!

B- 6 sausage links - 360 cals so far!
L - might have to be skipped because of so many errands
D- I'm really wanting some beef...a steak...burger...just not sure yet...I'll load some veggies in there, but really just plan on going with the flow keeping a mental count of where I'm at but aiming for 1800 calories today!

Did good on my DD yesterday but still ended at about 640 which I was trying to avoid, but I wanted a piece of toast with my soup last night...sue me...LOL...I walked it off

UD here and I'm trying to take a no stress approach to them so I'm not yet sure what I'm going to have. I get closer to my UD calories naturally when I don't think about my food as much. I might have meatloaf tonight. I have tons of cooked meats in the freezer from preparing ahead so I'll just take something out and add whatever veggies. OH! And I still have cornbread around that needs to be eaten. (Evil cornbread! ... hahaha)

I don't know what any of my other meals will be today, but I'm making lasagna tonight. Bought some garlic bread and will pick up some things to make a good salad.

UD! So far I've had

B: yogurt, maple syrup, blueberries, and toasted almonds

Later I'll have maybe
L: Grilled cheese? And broccoli?
D: maybe a stirfry with chicken?

I like to plan my food when I have busy days and today is not a busy day! Just got back from VIP 50% off at my local (great) thrift store, hanging out waiting for my new iPhone to be delivered, hanging out with a friend around 1:30, meeting a family I'm going to babysit for on Saturday at 5:30, my mom's yoga class at 7:30. Super easy and relaxed!

I am SUPER lucky in that my hubby doesn't like cake.. I am making him a peanut butter pie which honestly has never interested me much If it were cake, I'd need to make it a medium day!

so hungry today!!!

And it's a DD. Hopefully the soup I'm making will do the trick. Cals are still kinda 'high,' but I'm getting consistently lower each time.

1130-1230pm-
2celery stalks
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup(healthy?) popcorn)
4 cups kale chips

Soup is cooking..a zucchini/kale variety with homemade tomato soup as a base. Carrots, celery, mushrooms and tons of onions

UD

Had a garden omlet, and bacon for breakfast. And, of course, lots of coffee with small amount cream.

Lunch was a tomato sandwich on GF toast (although didn't finish this. only ate maybe 3/4 of it). More coffee with cream.

For dinner we're meeting friends at a restaurant/coffee shop.

Past that.....don't know. After lunch I've totalled 1000 calories so I still have about 800 for dinner. Since we're eating dinner early maybe I'll have some popcorn for snack before bed.

I enjoyed a thin slice of roast beef and a nice mixed salad with Cardini's Original Caesar dressing. I will not us low fat dressing! No problem though, I measured out my one tablespoonful and at the end of the day I have had 508 cal.
