DD for me!!

B. Salad with blue cheese, tomato, croutons, and Maple Grove Farms Vadalia onion dressing.

L. DD Chicken, Kohlrabi, Green Bean and Mushroom Casserole (recipe in DD Only Recipe thread)

D. 1 slice Lcal bread, FF hot dog, 1 slice FF american cheese, large dill pickle

S. 1 CocoPop cake, 1/2 serving Veggie Straws, half and half and SF coffee mate through the day for tea/coffee.

Total Cals...591 Total Net Carbs.....62.5g

Beeb, I read your casserole recipe on the DD recipe thread .... looks delicious!

i had a dd: a chicken salad sandwhich and 1 serving of soup.

Way UP Day: my 20th anniversary!

B: eggs in butter, coffee w/cream
S: four cookies
L: corn chips with cheese and salami (WAY too many corn chips)

D: Anniversary dinner at Melting Pot.
Martini, red wine,
cheese fondue with veggies and bread.
Salad w/candied pecans, raspberry vinagrette, gorgonzola.
Oil fondue with shrimp, mushrooms, salmon, chicken, beef.
White chocolate fondue with strawberries, cheesecake bite, pound cake bites.
Coffee w/cream

We ROLLED home. We were both bursting our buttons. I haven't been that uncomfortably full in years. We usually do the broth fondue for our meat course but figured we try the oil this time. The extra batter really added up.

Thursday is a much-needed DD for me!
