It's TUESDAY! what are you eating ?
 
Will be an UD for me :)

I'll probably make myself a bacon, egg & cheese on an English muffin :yummy: Lots of coffee in the a.m.

Not sure about the rest of the day yet. I was gonna go shopping but now I think I'll wait until Thurs.

Coffee w/almond milk and coconut oil;
chicken wings w/garlic and parmesan
roast w/carrots, salad, maybe some mashed cauliflower w/butter

DD and frankly no clue.

I started my day with a Dr pepper 10.... not healthy but the body wanted what the body wanted.

I have cabbage and shiritaki noodles so maybe cabbage slaw and some kind of pasta???

UD for me...feeling awesome after my DD yesterday!!

B- Shake
L- making some eggs with bacon strips
D- Chipotle salad with extra salad on the side...LOL! Meaning I'll get the salad from Chipotle and add more veggies and lettuce and egg to it...

Will keep track of the cals, but I'm thinking this will get me to 1900 for the day if not close....

Hitting the gym tonight also so I'm hyped!!:jumpjoy:

DD for me. Trying something different and having UDs on my off days from the gym.
I felt strong in the gym this morning *and* I trained fasted.

Plan is:

2 Protein pancakes

Cheesy cauliflower

cottage cheese
carrots

soup

UD for me today.

B - black coffee (had to fast for blood work) a banana after that, then I was craving pancakes on my way to work this morning and did something I NEVER do. I stopped and got McDonald's Hot Cakes. Ate them plain with no syrup or butter. Hit the spot!

Not sure about lunch cause I am not hungry yet :)

shredded beef and a sweet potato
a great big salad or a sandwhich depending on my mood at work tonight
i am also taking some carrots and some berries for snacks

I'm moving my chicken wings to supper. For lunch I had a marie calendars shrimp scampi (380 cals) and it was really good:)

Logging a Carbmaster yogurt. I hated these things at first, but I like a couple of the flavors now - strawberry & banana and the berry one.

I'm planning on fried chicken, green beans, fried rice (more veggies than rice), and some rolls tonight for dinner.

Mandarin oranges!!! I love these and missed them on LC. I just bought a big box of them yesterday and will be enjoying 2 of them on today's UD. Mmmmmm!!

OK, my eating habits are so "weird" now with JUDDD :laugh: What I mean is, I just sat here and ate almost a whole bag of raw cauliflower, broccoli & carrot and it's my UD! I would have never done that before on UD, lol. And I should be saving it for my DD tomorrow. Good thing I bought 2 bags :)

Up to 440 cals so far.

UD. Just starting to eat not concentrating on exactly what I'm going to be eating today. Instead just logging things as I go to see how they add up for the day. Trying to see if I can just eat as I feel and see what it comes out to be. Mostly out of curiosity. Supposed to be at 1600cals but I always have a tough time hitting my UD cals. DDs are so much easier for me.

1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel, 2 eggs, 8oz almond milk

I am enjoying the mandarins so much I thought about adding my love for them in the WOO HOO thread...I have missed out on these every Christmas for YEARS...
They are so good, low calorie, nutrient-dense and portable!

Lunch was chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy and kidney bean salad...all in moderation. 600 calories

DD for me today - 2nd one - down 4.4 lbs. since starting on Sunday. - mostly water
b - coffee with HWC - 2 glasses of water so far
l - LC choc. protein square - 140 cal.
s - pot lucK at meeting tonite so will see what it brings

Oven-fried chicken in the oven, a veggie gratin with cheese & bacon ready to be put in the oven... green beans, and rice ready to be added to veggies and fried. Mmmm. Be eating it in about an hour.

I'll be glad for my DD tomorrow, I expect :sad: I had 1/2 box of Hot Tamales, my biggest downfall in "regular" candy. Seriously, I used to eat a whole big box at a time, and was headed there just now but made myself put them away. They are uber addictive.

I shouldn't have bought them the other day. I saw them at Walmart in the discount bin and it was an impulse purchase. :doh:

Ah well, I'm still below my calorie count for the day (miraculously) but hoping this pure sugar eating doesn't ramp up the inflammation too bad - time will tell! :stars:
