Ended up with beef paprikash and mashed potatoes, broccoli, coconut chocolate mint nog ht and a pickled egg. Over my preferred 20% goal but well within dd stats at a respectable 875

I had an Up Day today.
Breakfast: 1-1/2 C corn flakes, 1 C whole milk, 3 tsp sugar
Lunch: 3 C homemade chili with lots of ground beef, onion, green peppers, tomatoes, beans, tomato suace, with 4 saltine crackers and 1/3 C shredded cheddar cheese
Snack: 2 T hummus on 4 Triscuit crackers, 5 ounces peeled apple
Supper: 3 oz ham steak, 1 C asparagus, 2 light cheese wedges
Sweet Treat: 3 1" squares of chocolate fudge
****** says 2000 calories and 194 net carbs with 112 grams protein

Total=669 I didn't plan on the soup but I had a headache and it shouldn't hurt me too much!

UD - just measured, ate and put into ****** without getting stressed over what I was eating. Mostly kept the measures to what the packages said were a serving and happily added ice cream for night time snack with the calories coming in at almost my UD limit of 1600. Not bad! Looking forward to DD where I get to exercise more control. I almost think I could do a true fast. Once I get past a few hours on DD the smell or thought of food makes me nauseous. And, I'm not even hungry the next UD until I start eating which I pretty much have to make myself do so I can get my calories in.
L- 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 cinnamon/raisin bagel, 12oz almond milk
S- 8 oz almond milk, biscotti
D- 6oz skinless chicken breast, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 2 TBS gravy, salad (lettuce, grape tomatoes, baby squash, blue cheese dressing)
S - 5oz vanilla ice cream w/chocolate syrup
TOTAL = 1574

UD for the Beeb and saved most of my calories for Prime Rib Special dinner out!!
B. Bagel thin with 1 tbs Full Fat cream cheese
L. 1/2 a Pita Pocket with 1 slice turkey, 1 slice ham, 1 slice FF American single, and 1 tbs Walden farms bacon ranch dressing, grilled on the Foreman grill.
D. 8 oz Prime Rib, 3/4 cup Spanish rice, salad with Low Fat French dressing, and a shared appy of crispy green beans with a blooming onion type dipping sauce (I ate out tonight )
S. 1 Clementine, 20 grapes, 1 skinny cow caramel ice cream bar, 1/2 cup rice crackers, fun sized snickers bar (last one from Halloween), half and half throughout the day in my tea and coffee and a couple pieces of SF hard candy.
Total for today: 1691 calories and 165 carbs
