Starting JUDDD Sunday
Well, I guess its about that time to change my profile's WOE from Atkins to JUDDD. Starting Sunday, I'm switching to this WOE because it suits my lifestyle more. I've lost 10 pounds in a month on Atkins, but really its because I've been eating TONS of salads as my only meal for the day for the past month. Definitely not healthy or sustainable. Not to mention being completely unable to restrain myself from carbs on the weekends.. I'm almost positive my 9-5 desk job was a big factor in why low carb worked for me.. I never left my desk long enough to eat anything!
Anyway, JUDDD seems great for me because there are certain foods that I just cannot give up (pizza...mmmm).. but many days I can eat like a bird and be perfectly fine.. yesterday I was craving chicken broth all day and that was all I ate, one cup at dinner.. I've always been tiny my whole life but had a hypothyroid issue pop up about 9 months ago and put on 30 pounds in no time flat. The best thing about JUDDD is that I can see myself doing this indefinitely, as a way of life.
I'm liquid fasting right now just to clean my body out from all the crap I ate this weekend, not to mention a Navy ball on Saturday that I need to somehow drop 5 pounds for to fit into my size 4 dress.. hehe.. ANYWAY, my main reason for this post was to post the calories the JUDDD site spit out at me.. 313 for a DD and 1566 for an UP.. The 313 is fine, as I can get by sipping broth all day with no problem (I've done this many times), but the 1566 seems a bit high and hard for me to hit on UD, so I'm gonna slash it to 1200-1230 and see where that gets me. Its a learning process..
