Its Monday,..what are you eating today?

Thought I'd jump right in and get this thread started today

As for me, it will be a DD. I decided to change my schedule from UD/DD to M-W-F = DD and T-TH-Sat = UD. This will work better for me since I'll be rotating shifts at work for the next two weeks.
Oh and I guess Sundays will be a mid-day

Anyway,...Coffee, 2 Atkins shakes, veggie soup, plenty of h2o...

Good morning!

Yesterday's MD turned into an UD so today is either going to be a MD or DD.

B - black coffee

I'm going to try to save the bulk of my calories for this evening and then eat the rest before bed.

Don't forget your veggies!!

I'm going to make this an UD. Decided to use this time to experiment with loading up on cals the day BEFORE the gym. I was using my gym days as UDs but realized it may work better to have that food energy stored to get me through my workouts instead? I train pretty intensely and I need all the 'energy,' I can get since I can't do energy drinks anymore.

Ooooooo, your menu looks nommy! You had me at "Kerrygold".

B: coffee w/ SF creamer (34)
L: Campbell's lite Italian wedding soup, 1 CocoPop spread w/ a lite laughing cow, topped w/ thin turkey slices, and a SF jello (180)
S: (maybe) diet Swiss miss (25)
D: salad w/ thinned homemade blue cheese dressing, FF hot dog on 1/2 slice bread w/ Lite MW and a smear of mustard (149)
S: Dannon lite & fit coconut yogurt (80)

That brings me to 468 for the day, if I have the cocoa. We shall see.

Kissa I'd forgotten how much I like celery and carrots because they were always "diet" foods on low fat, then on low-carb carrots were off limits lol.

I think my UD/DD calories need adjusting...

I'm going to try to stay at 500 and then stay below 1500 for my UD tomorrow and see what that does....my UD cals calculate to be 2212...or maybe I'm just not hitting that close enough???

Man, this is getting tricky...LOL...that sounds sooooo high!!! But I know how important it is to reach that ceiling...maybe it's just my UD calories that are too low....

The JUDDD website says:
DD- 442
UD - 2212

What would you do?? Everyone chime in here...I'm working out 3 days a week...cardio and light weights....

I ended up having about 50cals of soup today, then got hungry and cut a low-carb pita into 8, split those and made 16 "chips" spritzed w/pam olive oil, a little salt and baked and had some salsa to dip them in.
So about maybe 160 cals today with coffee and almond milk added in.
A good DD
