Today will be a MD. I'm shooting for 1150 cal (right in between my DD/UD numbers of 500/1800).

B: coffee w/ h&h and flavored creamer, oatmeal w/ a tsp of brown sugar, a dribble of SF syrup and a sprinkle of crunchy granola (292)
S: 1/2 serving of a cheese Danish (110)
L: lettuce-wrapped chicken w/ miracle whip (think: chicken sandwich minus the bun), with a salad and ranch dressing (305)
D: 4oz chicken breast w/ 1/4 cup rice and a SF pudding for dessert (245)

That brings me to 952, so I have some room for something else, just not sure what. It's important that I get up to today's ceiling so that tomorrow's DD isn't unbearable. I'll update later.

Have a great day, JUDDD BUDDDs!!

UD here and I'm adjusting my calorie numbers. I had to cut way back on my activity level and stay off my knee so the only planned activity this week is walking the dog. I've decided instead of 1800/500 (I never hit 1800 anyway) I'm downing calories to 1600/350 at least for the week. I don't usually even hit 1600 but, I'm going to have to push it because I think I'm going to need it with only 350 cals on DD tomorrow and I think that JUDD probably works better if there is a larger gap between UD and DD.

B - Coffee, toast w/butter, eggs, sausage (for my dog who hates DDs cause she has to eat only dog food ... I don't share my DD calories with her!)
S- maybe a whey protein drink?
L - ???
D - BBQ pork, mashed potatoes, asparagus, cornbread (real food not low carb knock offs)

Down Day for me, thank goodness. I went really overboard yesterday.

B: Coffee with half and half - 85 calories
L: Progresso Light Soup - 160 calories
D: More soup - 160 calories, sugar fee popsicle 15, maybe a sugar free pudding

Lots of water

= less than 500 calories

DDs are so much easier for me. I may have control issues

OK so if I have 4 oz ice cream and 1 TB of chocolate syrup before bed tonight I will get my calories up to 1552 for the day.

Sounds like a plan to me!

Much needed DD here.

B: latte, black coffee, 2 eggs
L: tuna w/romaine lettuce
D: shirataki noodles w/spaghetti sauce
S: SF jello

Total: 445

So I might add something else...I get pretty hungry at night so something in addition to the jello would be nice...just not sure what right now

I don't know how to count the calories in my lunch.
I had maybe 1/4 of a small "baby bloom" onion, 1 dinner roll, a chicken breast grilled and topped w/mushrooms and onions and about 2/3 of a smallish baked potato. I'm guessing 800 calories but that may be a high guess.

DD today

B: egg white and peppers scramble 125c
S: diet swiss miss (it is pretty weak and i double the water to stretch it out) 25c
L: Veggie Soup 82c
D: Veggie Soup 82c

guestimate of 165 calories of small bites of soup/chili. church had a soup/chili cookoff and i had maybe 1/2 cup of all the different stuff combined and threw out what wasn't super yummy. i hope i am not underestimating?

i still have 21 calories and am bringing some more diet swiss miss along with my dinner portion of soup to work. have to work the closing shift 4-8. i may not need the swiss miss but better to be prepared.

DD today. I had a bit of a bad weekend, so I've re-evaluated my DD calories and set them a little higher. I might not need them today, but I will need them during the week, I think.

L: Coffee and water
D: Tuna soup (3 oz. can tuna packed in olive oil, onion, carrot, cherry tomatoes, Knorr fish bullion; thyme; gluc to thicken the broth)
S: Swiss miss cocoa

Had a wonderful UD today.

1695-1800 calories (throwing in a few extra as I ate with my DD at Olive Garden, but did not eat one single bread-stick)
