The DD that Became the MD
tried as hard as i could. had 500 calories by 3pm. I still have a pampered chef party to go to and I know I am not going to make it. Its barely 5:45. Waking up at 4:30 and having to work at 5:45 didn't help at all.
![]() So I am having coffee with creamer and just gonna have a little bit of something tonight and keep it under 1000. Usually tomorrow is my MD and Sunday is my UD but I have to work Sunday so I don't have to worry about bible study food so I may just make tomorrow my UD and go for another MD on Sunday so I can have my UD on monday again?? Seriously have been SOOO hungry the last few days and ironically I am ovulating, wonder if that has anything to do with it? ![]() |

Like dottie days, you are still planning, which is great. Do your MD/UDs....which work out like a maintenance level of juddd, this will hopefully get you through ovulation, then on Tuesday and Thursday have 2 good DD's, back into weightloss.
I get hunger and bloating then too, as well as at Tom. Record your food, weight, moods and symptoms. This way you will start to see a pattern, and can plan for it! Hugs Jo X |

MD = Medium Day.
This is a day that is right between the other two in calories. DD = Down Day = 500 calories (example) UD = Up Day = 1500 calories (example) MD = Medium Day = 1000 calories (example) |

thanks everyone. i did good and it was a MD then I heard my kids halloween candy calling and indulged in a few pieces that pushed me into a low end UD (1800 calories).
I posted in the Weight Management thread, but shockingly I woke up to a 2.2 lb weight loss. Today I did a true MD only because I was still very hungry and knew I would struggle with a DD. Finally tonight feeling ok and know I can do a DD and get back on track. |
