I still haven't eaten yet

I think it's the cold medicine. I'm taking the 'good,' kind of sudafed. It totally dulls everything, including appetite. I can tell I'm hungry and will have something shortly.

Probably leftover soup.

Dinner consisted of leftover lunch then a splurge of Kemps Yogurt Moose Tracks

Calories - 1287 total for the day

Man, it's seemed like a day of decadence but I'm only up to 1,405 calories since my portions have been small, it's going on 11 p.m. I just haven't been that hungry this evening. I'll get in a few hundred more, I'm sure.
