10 days and down 4 pounds!!!

I have been doing low carb for about a year now and lost 25 pounds in the first 4 months. The rest of the year I have been up an down the same 15 pounds. I am getting tired of low carb so decided to give Juddd a try. For the past 10 days I have bee using 550-600 dd and 1750-1800 ud. I was planning on adding carbs but just cant let go just yet. I am still staying under 20 carbs a day. I have 6 more pounds until goal weight then I may add any fruit.

Thanks for all of the great advice and information on Juddd!!!

I am out of calories for tonight but looking forward to breakfast tomorrow

Great job! You are rockin' the JUDDD!

It's always fun to see somebody do a really good job with their calorie levels, and then have them pop in to report a wonderful weight loss. It's like magic! Except it's them doing such a good job doing JUDDD!
