WOE: HCG, then atkins, now JUDDD, then JUDDD again
Start Date: Atkins, summer 2011: JUDDD, 10/24/2011
Well, dinner plans postponed until tomorrow night. Problem is, that would make tomorrow a DD. Thought maybe I'd do my first ever MD and then follow that (on Thursday) with a DD.

Anyway, instead of going out to dinner had steak and cauliflower w cheese. And then realized (keep doing this) that I'm coming up short on the calories. So I had 2 tablespoons (only, I promise) of peanut butter (usually saved for the dogs' pills we hide in PB sandwiches, but they reluctantly shared). It occurred to me that I hadn't eaten peanut butter in probably close to a year! What a joy!!!!

So, I guess for a MD it's halfway between the 500 and my UD number? Is this right?

Yes, about 1000 calories or so.

Did good on my first DD:

B - water
L- 1-can tuna with 1 TB Mayo w/ celery
D- 1 1/2 cups broccoli - 2 ounces chicken with mustard and a 1/2 teaspoon of mayo
2 eggs scrambled and 1 slice of wheat toast

I don't wanna calculate them all, but it's definitely below 600 for the day and well below 20 carbs! Feeling full and happy

Got my UD all worked out and feel like once all this water is drained, I should have a good appetite for some breakfast in the AM.

I think I'm gonna like it here!

I had a great Down Day because I didn't end up facing the challenge of going out to lunch.

B: coffee and half and half (85)
L: a can of Progresso Light Soup (160), 2 calcium chews (40)
D: my homemade soup (115)

I came in at 400 calories and I'm not even hungry so I'll leave it at that. I weighed in between lunch and dinner for the heck of it and it was 114.8! I'm looking forward to seeing if that number is still there in the morning.

I am thrilled because I had cheese bread, 2 small muffins, and 2 cookies with my huge Souplantation salad yesterday! Tomorrow my boss is bringing her famous Chinese chicken salad and key lime pie and I can actually eat it! I can't believe this really works. I was afraid to try JUDD because I really didn't think I could pull off the down days but it's been quite easy.

It's about 10:30 p.m. just got around to a late "dinner".

3 large cauliflower florets
4 slices Land O Frost ham
Carbmaster yogurt (this one didn't taste too bad, or maybe I was just extra hungry.)
Sugar free chocolate pudding
Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe bar.

I know, that's a lot of "sweets", but Tom is here, so that's my excuse

I'm finishing the day at 732 calories. Had hoped to do just 600, but I'm forgiving myself for not making it
