I stopped posting on this thread as it didnt seem to get much action. Perhaps we need to revive it for motivation purposes.

Today I worked out with Bob Harper. He seems so nice on TV, but after today my thoughts have changed.

2 hours rollerskating (off and on--session at the rink). 596 calories burned per HRM. Woohoo! Great idea, reviving this.

Thanks for reviving this thread, I was gonna go look for it.

Today I did 45 minutes on the eliptical and 20 minutes on the recumbent bike.

The sun is coming out (supposed to rain all day) so me and the kids are gonna go for a walk around the neighborhood today just so we can get out of the house without eating or spending money.

I'm trying to get back into my workout routine after being sick for a few weeks and the craziness of my law school applications. First day back in the gym today! Ironically, it coincided with my first day on JUDDD...works out!

I did 25 minutes elliptical and 20 minutes on the bike.

Got back to the gym this week after too long a break. One Zumba class and a really tough aerobic toning class. Feeling the pain.....

I've been following the P90x program and today is supposed to be yoga. I'm going to do the biggest loser weight loss yoga DVD. I also walk on the treadmill every morning for 20 min. I really feel like that is helping me to not get the 'winter blues'.

I wore 4 inch heels to work today and had to go buy 9 cases of bottled water and bring it into the warehouse. I let the guys put it away from there. That's the extent of my exercise.

I really need a better program.

I was planning a Walk Away the Pounds work-out, but it was so nice outside, I actually went outside and walked instead. Nothing earth shattering, just a mile, but it's the first actually walking I've done for exercise in ages.

Turbo jam this morning. I love Chalean! Went to the gym during my lunch today and walked on an incline. I burned about 500 calories today and only ate about 400! Love that! Im glad this thread is moving again.
