I'm slacking in here!!
Kind of easing off the intense strength training and focusing more on cardio and gentle things like yoga/pilates. The plan is to keep 1-2 total body days. My thought is that I've been pushing too hard with this rickety thyroid and I need to be gentle as I am recovering. And lately I haven't had the energy to push it anyway. |

About to do 30DS, Day 8. DD today but my daddy's birthday and a party yesterday, I ate a ton. Doubt I'll be hungry all day.

I forgot to log my exercise yesterday...and apparently so did everyone else (slackers..lol)
Yesterday was 45 min on the elliptical Today was 50 min Leslie Sansome - Walk away the pounds. |

Today I did 30 DS (Day 14, 4th day of level 2--level 2 means business man) and went for a 2 hour walk!

Lots of inspiration here! Glad to see so many of you committed to exercising.
I took a NIA-dance class this morning, my very favorite kind of exercise, ever. An hour of great fun. By the end I'm all sweaty and feeling full of energy. It's a DD, it's after 1 p.m., and so far all I've had is several cups of tea. Feeling just fine. I don't get hungry, weak, or light-headed... my body seems to fast easily. I like saving my 500 DD calories for late in the day. |

does raking the leaves and cleaning and shopping and decorating the tree and walking the doggies count
on my first DD....plan on doing the 'plan' for a week or two before i incorporate an exercise plan...i'd like to see how my body adjusts....great job everyone for moving !! |

Yesterday and today were going to be rest days, but I ended up putting Christmas decorations and the tree up yesterday, then today I walked 3 miles cause I wanted to try out a new dvd I got. Man what was I thinking. I'm gonna regret it next week..lol

30DS Day 18 today. Too rainy for my regular DD long walk, so I'm being a laze. I walked 20 minutes to let out the puppy I look after during the day, but wimped out and drove for the afternoon visit. Considering walking to Target to get some new socks in a bit as long as it's not pouring!

I love Zumba, I will be Zumba-ing tomorrow.
I did a great Aerobic/toning class this morning. It is much easier the slimmer I get. |
