I hate raking leaves! DH mows with a mulcher and it just grinds them up as he mows lol
Today: going to do elliptical (have my tighter yoga pants on!) and maybe some ball/floor stuff, depends on how I feel. I have like fidgety energy today, so probably will.

50 minutes on the elliptical today.

I am getting another shot in my heel this afternoon for my plantar fasciitis. I sure hope it works this time.
Kelly, are you doing the stretches/exercises for the plantar fasciitis? DH had a bad flair of that about a month ago, and BOY! That got him doing the exercises on a regular basis. And now it's all gone. Whew! Hope you get relief from that pain very shortly!

Today I'm just doing floor exercises and hand weights here at home. Although I feel like a slug, because as I'm typing this... DH is at his health club doing his two hours... doing the weight circuit and 4 miles on the treadmill. Now, typing this.. I feel even more like a slug.

Kelly, I have the same problem, it's SO bad I have trouble walking most days. The shots did nothing but make me cry and I refuse to do them again. I just keep exercising as they told me to and hope for it to just go away. I have done everything, aside from surgery, which I can't afford. I have orthodontics in my shoes and everything. I had this on the other foot, bad like this, about 2 years ago and it just "went away" one day and never came back.

I need the plantar fasciitis Whoosh Fairy to come and take it away again!!

My exercise for today was walking around the flea market eating a pretzel egg/bacon/cheese wrap and an apple fritter! I think the food probably canceled out the exercise, don't you?!

Another long long walk today, 10.84 miles. I really enjoy my long walks but I don't want to keep letting them get longer and longer! I think 3 hours should be my limit. It was chilly outside too!

I need someone to give me a swift kick in the exercise butt.

I have yet to do my 30 day shred that i was going to start the other day. With five kids and kids friends over and a hubby I haven't been able to. I am WAY to self conscience to do it when anyone is around and my plans to wake up early before everyone else hasn't quite worked. The alarm goes off and I hit snooze. I hardly get enough sleep so I really don't need to be cutting into that, plus when I am tired I want to snack and eat more through the day.

I am going to do my best to go to the gym when my husband gets home today from work at 6pm. For some reason I have no problem exercising in front of a bunch of strangers.

Maybe the kids and I can take a walk in a little bit if it doesn't rain, it is looking pretty gloomy out there.

My old sister (age 65) came over, and helped me (age 68) do a lot of cleaning out and rearranging of our big storage shed. Oh, we hauled stuff out and sorted through it and hauled most of it back in, except it got put back in some semblance of order. Up and down on the ladder too. And then the car loaded and a trip to GoodWill and a trip to dump stuff! While dear old, and I'm telling him this is no excuse, really old (age 77) husband watched football on TV!

I'm tired, and that's enough exercise for me today.

I ran on the treadmill for an hour and walked for 40 minutes. And yesterday, I got really close to doing 1 real body weight pull up! (I usually do the assisted pull ups).

Way to go. I'm so impressed. When I was younger and quite slim I could do chin ups, etc. but then my obesity ended that. And my lack of enough exercise had a lot to do with my failure too, I'm sure. And now I don't think I'd have enough upper body strength anymore, but that gives me something to aspire to!
