Yesterday I got 3 miles on the treadmill (more than half running) and an hour and a half swimming.
Today I got another 3 miles on the treadmill (at least 3/4 running) and an hour swimming. I was really trying to get 3 miles done as quickly as possible so bumped the speed up to 6 mph while I was running. I never tried going that fast and it honestly didn't seem any more difficult than the 5.2-5.4 that I normally run at. |

Today, not sure. It may be an off day, since I haven't had one in almost a week, or I may go for a walk...the weather is supposed to be nice. |

Yesterday i did weights in the morning for 45 min and used my stationary bike under my desk all day
Today i may take the day off and just spend it enjoying my family. I need to do more of that!!! We got a WII and it is major fun!!! |

Yesterday went to the gym
My husband is my coach. Lifting free wts, he loves.
Anyway I'm benching pressing 60 lbs now. He's proud of me. I really didn't think it was all that much. Until he said some girls never add wt. to the bar. Which is 45 lbs. so I'm happy.if feel stronger and get to do more things without help. But I have to be careful with my back. Today is my rest the bones day.......except it's been a work day outside running heavy electric wire to pond area. Whew I came in and hiding now. Smile. |

I didnt post mine yesterday. I did 1 hr of strength training at home with a DVD , then went to the gym later and walked 40 min on the treadmill
This morning i did my plyometrics workout and 15min of my cardio/boxing remix workout. |
