I did some free weight lifting and a weight/cardio workout (little over an hour total) then 4 miles with Leslie Sansone (too much snow on the ground to walk outside).

I did it! My first day of Lifting Heavy Things (I chuckle when I realize the heavy thing being lifted is ME). LOL

Amazing how much of a workout 4 simple movements can give you (I can't do all 5, since I don't have a chin up bar. Tomorrow I'll walk, Wed rest, Thurs LHT, Sat Walk and Sun rest. We'll see how that does for a starting pace.

Did my Pilates - then swept the floor - ( half of the house ) and scrubbed the bathroom floor on my hands and knees !! Not exactly glamorous, but hopefully burned some calories !!

This a.m. I did a new cardio workout video and walked 5 miles with Leslie Sansone. A little over 2 hours total I think. My goal this year is to try new things for a change of pace but I'm still doing the walking for some reason. LOL

I exercised will power today. Does that count? I picked up lasagna, salad, and garlic bread for the office, and it's a DD! I still haven't had anything to eat and the rest of the office is scarfing it down.

I think I'm burning calories just with how much I WANT to eat.

well, I went upstairs with the dog last night at 9pm to do a walking tape. Somehow forgot why I was there and went to bed. Had a good night's sleep so hopefully I can try that again today and actually "remember" why I am wandering around upstairs at 9pm. Gosh I feel stupid or old or forgetful or whatever. Maybe I just really needed the extra sleep. I do feel great today though. Even without the exercise.

I'm always a day off.
I'll count yesterday's.
Meet hubby at the gym..
45 min of total body wt training.
We have a list of exercises. 6 week swim suite w/o.
It usually takes us 10 weeks to go thru The complete w/o. I'm proud anyway.
It was by best day yet at the gym since starting JUDDD.
I had been dizzy and fatique throughout the gym time.
Never had problem with gym until starting the lower days of eating. Dd.
I ain't giving up on JUddd. but I do have to have higher dd. which is fine.

I know how you feel !! Good intentions.... You are right you probably needed the extra sleep more than you realized.

I'm still trying to do my Pilates daily, when I'm at work and have TIME for a break, I sometimes stretch and do some leg lifts for a few minutes --- co-workers sometimes say I'm obsessed :O If they only knew how little I do.....

I'll be spending at least 45 minutes tonight on my spin bike with my mp3 player and one of my online cycling video, my workout every ud. I actually look forward to it!! I'll add in the weight workouts of Chalean Extreme in the near future.

You two are hilarious. I love these posts.

Zumba for me today, followed by a farewell coffee and cake for the lovely instructor who is moving way. So, 400 calories out and 400 calories in. UD thank heavens.

Yes! Exercise. Finally talked myself in to shuffling again

Even in the chillie 36 degree windy morning.
I made my 2 mile goal. Starting over after long break, have to start small.
But pleased with my time of 21 mins. Hey for 56 yr old ain't to bad. Actually my goal is always to run under 12 minute mile.
