I did a one hour dvd this morning, 30min of boxing and 30min of conditioning. The dvd is called TLC by kelly coffey meyer. She has some wonderful dvd's.

I did another kelly coffey meyer dvd this morning. Its called weights, i lift weights on sunday, its a wonderful dvd, hits every body part using dumbbells. 45 min of that this morning and then me and my SO went for a wonderful brisk walk at our park down the street. The trail is 2 miles and then with the walk there and back i figure we walked about 2.5 miles total. He is quitting smoking and starting to workout with me and im loving it!!! wish him luck with the smoking, its being tough but i know he can do it.

30 minute bike ride in head winds so strong I felt like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz!

Yesterday was 30 minutes on the treadmill at a big incline. I am trying to get in shape to do a lot of uphill hiking this spring and summer.
Today will be 1 hour on the treadmill and some upper body work on the bowflex. |

Lots of exercise today!
Strength training dvd this morning with Kelly Coffey Meyer using dumbbells, 45 min Gym during lunch walk on the treadmill Gym after work. Used the Arc. This thing is so cool and burns major calories. |

Klutz that I am, I fell down on the way into dinner last night and tore up my knee, have bruising on my elbow and the side of my face. I will not be meeting up with Jillian Michaels for at least a couple of days.

Yesterday I did 45 min on the eliptical and 25 min on the treadmill plus 30 min with my trainer (where she kicked my butt)
burned 821 calories, the most so far feeling it this morning but heading back to the gym today no pain no gain right?? |

2 hours at the roller rink this morning. 546 calories burned per HRM and haven't eaten anything today. It's 3:00 so I'll either wait for dinner or try for a full fast. |
