Its a DD for me, so I already got my crock pot simmering away with some veggie soup for later.
in the meantime though, gonna have an Atkins shake this morning after my usual decaff and then another one later on this evening before heading in to work. So basically, 2 Atkins shakes, veggie soup and lots of h20.. |

MD for me (I want to have the same UD/DD rotation every week, so I gotta toss a MD in there somewhere):
I'm looking at about 1,100 calories today. Breakfast: Egg Cream Lunch: Chicken and salsa and cream cheese soup Dinner: Chicken and salsa and cream cheese soup (gotta use it up, lol) Snack: Chai tea Had a good DD yesterday at about 375 calories. |

UD for me
Since my splurge on Saturday and no weight loss after my DD yesterday ... I am going to keep this up day nice and simple low carb. I just have to find a way to get all my calories in when it's a low carb up day. I tend to run below it on low carb and have to work the calories up Coffee Eggs & Sausage Tuna salad (Lots of blue cheese dressing cause I hate tuna ... especially the smell ... but I eat it all the time anyway if there's enough blue cheese on it) Haven't decided about dinner yet |

UD for me.
I think I'm getting my daughter's cold..I'm not that hungry ![]() so far I've had 1.5 cups greek yogurt. I reeeeeally want sushi, but since that isn't going to happen I'll settle for white fish and rice at home. After that..who knows. I don't think I'm gonna make calories happen today. Unless I eat like 8 cups of rice |

DD for me too.
B: lots of black watered down coffee. Tons of water. Also, egg white micro omelet with spinach and salsa L: Veggie soup with one LF hotdog (could be FF but not sure right now) D: probably small amount chicken breast and some kind of veggie. Ooh, maybe a salad. |

I won't eat any other hot dogs but Hebrew National. I figure if it's blessed that maybe it won't have all the rejected meat things in it that I'm sure everyone has heard about. When I heard about how they made hotdogs I couldn't eat them at all!
But then these are rabbi blessed, right? ![]() Anyway, if anyone has any horrible stories of Hebrew Nat'l, please don't tell me. Leave me to my blissful ignorance. |

It was an Up day and I went a little crazy at Souplantation today. 2000 calories worth for the day but it was so great to have some carbs. I'll have a good down day tomorrow.
B: Coffee with half and half, Plain yogurt with banana extract and Splenda L: A big salad with goodies on top, cheese bread, 2 blueberry muffins, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. D: Sugar free popsicle |

Today was an UD, but I had to really push to eat. I was only at 925 of my 1,800 for today at 9:00 pm so I had a couple of pieces of pumpkin swirl bread with peanut butter and some Veggie Straw chip things. I got my calories up some but I'm still off by 350+.
I just can't eat anymore, need to go to bed. It's been a long day and I'm thinking I will just had a few more calories tomorrow to my DD to even it out somehow, if I need to. ![]() I did make homemade Chili that was only 169 calories per cup. I will be posting this in the days to come, very easy and very tasty! ![]()

Just had a Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe bar. These are pretty much my favorite "candy bar" now. I like how they're not too sweet and they're filling.
I'm done for the day at 1,705 calories. Looking forward to healthy, lighter DD eating tomorrow |
